This is a very well maintained home with beautiful lake views in Palm Lakes Village. There are plenty of songbirds, and a great place for pets with a fenced area for dogs and plenty of walking opportunities with greenspaces spread throughout the neighborhood, all of which leads to a park like setting for a peaceful life. There are numerous improvements. In 2021 impact (aka hurricane) windows, sliders and French doors were added, Also 2021 and which stay are a pair of high end Maytag washer and dryer. 2021 also saw a replaced capacitor and compressor in AC, interior paint, electrical panel, baseboards, and the guest bath was done in 2020. New exterior paint was added in 2023.
