This one feels very spacious with the large living area that goes out onto the patio with the water view. Nice, updated bathrooms and custom updated kitchen. The kitchen was designed by the existing owner who is a retired chef. The community is awesome, and they take great care of the grounds. It also has two pools which have just been recently resurfaced. This is the best of all worlds. One of the best condos in the community, great community, and in an awesome location. PS.
